Request a Refund

The iTunes Store policy states that all sales are final, and because of this, we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly. However, Apple will issue refunds for certain reasons.

To receive a refund from Apple, locate your iTunes email receipt. If you can't find the receipt, open your purchase history in iTunes. You can also use reportaproblem.apple.com to report any issues with iTunes purchases.

Locate the "Report a Problem" button or link near your recent purchase.

You will need to sign in with your Apple ID. Select a general reason for the issue and add your comments. Apple generally responds within 72 hours.
